Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of the order being placed.
All orders, including expedited 2 days and overnight deliveries placed after 12:00 pm PST on weekdays, will be processed within the following 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed within the following 1-2 business days.

What do I do if my package is lost?
If your package is lost, has been sent to “dead mail,” or tracking shows the package delivered, but you have not received it; please contact your local USPS office or FedEx store for immediate assistance. You may need to file a claim with USPS or FedEx for the lost package. However, if after contacting USPS or FedEx you still need assistance, please contact us.
What if my package is damaged?
If you discover that your package is damaged after it is delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note: damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied by the shipping carrier and from our return/replacement policy.
Why the tracking number for an order I placed?
Please allow at least 1 business day after your order has been shipped for tracking information to become available. If after 2 business days your tracking information is still not available, please contact us for further assistance.
